Five Springs Falls Upper Campsite 5 is one of 10 campsites in the upper loop of Five Springs Falls Campground, managed by BLM. These sites feature tent pads and fire rings, with some designed as pull-through for small trailers. A central vault toilet facility serves the loop. The access road is steep and narrow, not suitable for RVs over 25 feet. The campground offers hiking access to Five Springs Falls and Bighorn National Forest trails, with views of Bighorn, Pryor, and Absaroka Mountains. Wildlife includes deer, elk, moose, black bear, and mountain lion. Operates first-come, first-served year-round.
