A very small, private site located among the fir trees with two options for camping. One site is located at the lake edge and the second site is located in the forest above the lake. Additional Info: Fir Grove Recreation Site is a free provincial recreation site managed by Recreation Sites and Trails BC. It features 2 campsites with pit toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings. Beach access is available, and a boat launch is nearby. The site is located along the Sayward Forest Canoe Route with views across Campbell Lake. Fishing for Cutthroat Trout is available throughout Lower Campbell Lake. Access is via a rough gravel road approximately 35 minutes (24 km) from Campbell River.
