Falls Creek Horse Camp
About this site
Small attractively wooded horse camp with a highline at each site in Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The campground has access to several trails including Indian Heaven Wilderness via the Race Track Trail #171 across the road from the campground. The interior road is narrow and lacks large vehicle turning radius. Campground and roads are gravel with small campsites and tight turns. Vault toilets available; potable water is not available. No fees required; first-come, first-served basis. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Wilderness permit required when entering Indian Heaven Wilderness (free self-issued permit available at trailhead). Certified weed-free feed is required for horses.
