Ely Lake County Campground stands out for its serene natural beauty and well-maintained facilities, making it an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Camping is permitted only at designated numbered sites, with each campsite priced at $17 per night. Each site can accommodate either one camper plus one tent or two tents, and is limited to one immediate family or four (4) unrelated adults. For equestrian visitors, trail riding is available for $5 per horse per day, with payment made through fee tubes located in the park. Equestrians may bring one horse trailer and one camper, but can only occupy one unit for sleeping. Picket posts are available on sites 58 to 73, although equestrians can use any site. Portable corrals are permitted away from trees, but tying horses to trees or allowing them to crib is strictly prohibited. Fireworks are not allowed on the premises, while alcohol consumption is permitted within designated campsites for those with a paid camping permit. Reservations must be made at least five (5) business days prior to your arrival date. Unreserved sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional Info: The campground is open year-round and features spacious, secluded sites in a wooded setting.
