Elko Camp Recreation Site is located 9.5 miles east of the Oregon coast in the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest, featuring forested terrain with a mix of trees and undergrowth. Offers primitive camping near Hunter Creek for swimming. For tents and small trailers only. No picnic tables, fire pits, drinking water, toilets, or garbage service - pack it out. Additional Info: Open May to November. Pets allowed. 3 sites total. Managed by US Forest Service.
