QUEMADO LAKE - EL CASO CG #1 (Campground) Additional Info: Partially developed campground with 13 sites nestled in a valley along an intermittent stream, surrounded by ponderosa pine and cottonwood trees at 7,700 feet elevation. Popular with hunters, groups, and horse campers. Vault toilets provided. Currently closed due to harmful algal bloom in Quemado Lake through April 1, 2026. No fee. 14-day stay limit. Pack-in/pack-out. Pets must be leashed.
