About this site
This forested campground, along Early Winters Creek, is a popular site from spring through late fall when the snow begins to fall. The campground is divided by State Route 20 with campsites available on either the north or south side of the highway. Easy access to Mazama and many trails in the scenic highway corridor. Access to the Methow Community Trail for biking or walking in to Mazama. Fee info: Overnight Use: Single Site: $15 per night Additional Vehicle Fee: $5 per vehicle per night Additional Info: 11 first-come, first-served campsites accommodating tents, trailers, and RVs up to 32 feet. Amenities include picnic tables, fire rings, grills, drinking water, vault toilets, and trash collection. Pets allowed. Fires allowed. No showers, dump station, electric, water, or sewer hookups. Maximum stay 14 days. Typically open late April to mid-October, subject to seasonal closures.
