DRY OAK (Camping Area) Additional Info: Dry Oak Camp is a dispersed camping area in Mendocino National Forest near Upper Lake. The site features two fire rings and plenty of flat ground suitable for tents or truck camping. Access is via Forest Road 16 N 01 on an easy loop. The area is popular with OHV enthusiasts and offers good cell signal from an overlook with views of Clearlake. Many trees in the area are burned, providing sunny conditions suitable for solar generators.
