Doll Flats is a primitive tent campsite on the Appalachian Trail in the Roan Highlands, located near US 19E. It offers open camping spots with panoramic views of the balds, popular among thru-hikers. Access is via the AT from Roan High Knob Shelter or nearby gaps like Yellow Mountain Gap and Bradley Gap.
