Diamond Creek Camp

Diamond Creek Camp is a primitive riverside campground at the end of Diamond Creek Road, the only road reaching the Colorado River inside Grand Canyon on Hualapai Tribal land. It offers a handful of campsites on a sand-and-gravel bar with vault toilets, shade ramadas, and a boat launch. A daily tribal permit is required for road access, day use, and camping; no additional campground fee. Visitors must pack out trash and bring drinking water. Additional Info: - Pet-friendly with leash required - River access for fishing and swimming - High-clearance vehicle recommended for the 18-mile graded dirt road - Popular take-out for river rafting trips
