Deer Ridge Lookout is a rentable fire lookout tower cabin perched on a 40-foot timber frame at 4,755 feet elevation, offering views of the Purcell Mountains, Moyie River Valley, and surrounding ranges in Northern Idaho. Located 24 miles northeast of Bonners Ferry in Idaho Panhandle National Forests, accessible by well-maintained gravel road (USFS Roads 2541 and 2540). Features a 14x14 ft cabin with two twin beds and a pit toilet. Open early June to late September. No dogs, no open flames inside, no water available. Reservations required via Recreation.gov.
