Deep Creek State Recreation Area is a large, first-come, first-served rustic campground near Ninilchik, Alaska, offering sites suitable for tents and RVs up to 35 feet. It features drinking water, vault toilets, fire rings, picnic tables, dumpsters, and a day use area with beach and river access for fishing salmon and steelhead. There are multiple camping areas including North, South, and main with gravel or asphalt pads. A daily-use fee applies in addition to camping fees, payable at self-pay stations. No hookups available. Additional Info: Open seasonally May through September. Managed by Alaska State Parks.
