Dawson's Cabin is a primitive dispersed campsite along the Gulkana National Wild and Scenic River, popular with river floaters and anglers. The historic trapper cabin here was built in the 1920s by Barney Dawson and Al Norwood and used as a winter trapping shelter. Features views of the Alphabet Hills to the west. Recommended group size: 8. Recommended number of tents: 4.
