Davis Creek Campground
About this site
Davis Creek Regional Park has 62 single-family campsites and offers spectacular views of Washoe Lake and Slide mountain. It is located about 20 miles south of Reno in a nice forest of Jeffrey Pines. There are 19 pull-through RV sites which can accommodate trailers and RV’s up to 32 feet in length and 43 tent sites which can accommodate up to 20 feet in length. There are no hookups. Reservations can be made (at least 2 weeks in advance) for sites 2 thru 30 and 35 thru 60, as well as for group camp areas. If a site does not get reserved, it becomes first-come, first-serve. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers ($) and a dump station. There’s also an amphitheater and hiking trails. Bundled campfire wood is for sale (when available).
