About this site
This wooded campground is located above the National Elk Refuge and a quick walk from your campsite will reward you with amazing views of the Refuge and the Teton mountain range. Hiking and horseback riding are all easy to achieve just minutes from the campground. Additional Info: 12 first-come, first-served sites. Vault toilets, drinking water (seasonal), picnic tables, fire rings, bear-proof food storage, and dumpster available. Open mid-May to September 15 annually. Rough gravel access road requires high-clearance vehicles.
