Crescent Falls Campground is a small, well-treed campground nestled along the Bighorn River in Crescent Falls Provincial Recreation Area, offering 31-34 unserviced sites including tent, RV, and former equestrian sites. Access requires descending a steep hill and crossing a creek, with a trailer length limit of 25 feet; larger units may use staging area sites. Amenities include outhouses, water pump (non-potable), picnic tables, fire pits, and firewood for sale. It is first-come, first-served with self-registration; no reservations, no hookups, no showers, no dump station. A short trail leads to viewpoints of Crescent Falls and Bighorn River Canyon. No cellphone reception; Nordegg is 22 km east for supplies.
