Cougar Park & Campground is a PacifiCorp-managed campground located on the Lewis River near Mount St. Helens in Cougar, Washington. The facility features 93 individual campsites available by reservation from the Friday before Memorial Day through September 30, with additional sites available on a first-come, first-served basis. Amenities include fresh drinking water, hot showers, swimming beaches, boat ramps, restrooms, and RV sanitation stations. The campground offers tent camping sites with picnic tables and fire pits, as well as group camping facilities. The peaceful setting provides easy access to hiking trails around Mount St. Helens and water activities on nearby lakes. Reservations can be made up to nine months in advance.
