Copper Range Campground
About this site
Copper Range Campground lies in a hardwood and pine forest next to the scenic Bois Brule River. Every site at Copper Range is at least partially shaded and within walking distance of the river. There are 17 non-electric campsites: 14 sites for tent and RV/trailer camping (back-in only), 3 walk-in tent only sites intended for canoe camping. Amenities include drinking water (hand pump), vault toilets, picnic tables, and fire pits at each site. All sites are reservable. Additional Info: Pets allowed per Wisconsin State Forest policies. Great access to the Brule River for fishing and canoeing. Nearby Historic Bayfield Road Trail and Brule State Fish Hatchery.
