This first-come, first-served site is accessible by vehicle and located midway along the scenic Copper Creek Road, which follows a valley in the Flathead Mountains. Nearby points of interest include the Copper Creek USFS campground, Snowbank Creek trailhead, Indian Meadows Trailhead, and access to the Scapegoat Wilderness. This is grizzly bear country; food storage order is in effect.
