These 19 yellow post sites are individual camping sites. Each campsite is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. No reservations. Additional Info: Located along Forest Road 1N02 off Hwy 38 in San Bernardino National Forest near Barton Flats and Onyx Summit. Most sites shaded by pine trees, some near seasonal Coon Creek. Open year-round. Valid California Campfire Permit required. Maximum 8 persons and 2 vehicles per site. 14-day camping limit. Amenities include picnic table and fire ring at each site. No restroom facilities or drinking water. Road is dirt, not recommended for low-clearance vehicles. Sites 1-10 accessible by 2WD, sites 15-19 require 4WD high clearance.
