Coffeen Park Trailhead is a primitive dispersed camping area in Bighorn National Forest providing free first-come-first-served camping. Located at over 8,500 feet elevation with access to Cloud Peak Wilderness trails. The last 2.5 miles require high-clearance 4WD vehicles; large horse trailers cannot access. No drinking water, electricity, or phones. Registration required for Cloud Peak Wilderness entry. Additional Info: Dispersed camping in forested areas and open meadows near trailhead. Primitive restrooms available.
