First Nations-owned and operated Cluxewe Resort is located on the ancestral land of the Kwakiutl First Nation on northern Vancouver Island. The resort is situated on 61 acres with 152 campsites and 12 cottages/suites. Campsites offer waterfront views, secluded woodland spaces, or estuary sites where the Cluxewe River meets the Broughton Strait. The facility features self-contained waterfront cottages with cooking facilities, full bathrooms, and satellite television, alongside rustic camping options. Guests can enjoy outdoor and wildlife excursions in a location dedicated to heritage and cultural storytelling.
