Cigarette Springs Camp 3 is a backpacking campsite in the Cedar Mesa area near Road Canyon. Access requires hiking from pullouts along Cigarette Springs Road off State Route 261. Camping inside Cedar Mesa canyons requires a backpacking permit from BLM. The area features pinyon-juniper forests, intermittent water sources, and Ancestral Puebloan ruins.
