A beautiful and peaceful spot that is surprisingly empty given the heavy traffic even with a music festival nearby when I was there. There is a fee during the summer, plus the $10 per person Montana Conservation license to use state public lands. The campground hosts were helpful, the vault toilets were clean, but no late night arrivals because the entrance gate closes at 10 pm.
