Central Park

Central Park is a 312-acre county park featuring a 25-acre lake and 7-acre pond. The park offers modern, semi-modern, electric, and primitive camping sites available on a first-come, first-served basis (no reservations required). Camping is available April 15 - October 15, weather permitting. The park includes hiking trails, fishing, a swimming beach, sand volleyball court, playground, nature center, and rental cabins. Modern campsites include sewer, water, 30 Amp electrical hookup, and WiFi ($30/night). Semi-modern campsites include water, 50 Amp electrical hookup, and WiFi ($25/night). Electric campsites include 30 Amp electrical hookup ($22/night). Primitive campsites are $15/night. Off-season primitive camping is available October 15 - April 15 at $15/night (no utilities). Park hours are 4:30 AM - 10:30 PM with quiet hours 9 PM - 8 AM. Paddleboat and kayak rentals are available Thursday-Sunday from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
