This rustic campground, nestled along the 34-acre Canoe Lake, offers exceptional fishing and paddling. With four lakeside campsites, ideal for tents and small trailers, it's a haven for those seeking solitude. Enjoy the added bonus of being less than 10 miles from the stunning Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Additional Info: Sites available on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations. Amenities include vault toilets and potable water from a hand-pump well. No electrical available. Overnight fees ($20 for most sites) and registration procedures are posted at the information kiosk. Camping is limited to a 15-day maximum stay. One camping unit and six people are allowed per site. Carry-in access to Canoe Lake is located directly from the campsites.
