Campbell Park is located in Ione near the Box Canyon Dam Visitor's Center. There are 8 camp sites with BBQ pits. There is no fee and no reservations. Overnight campers register after selecting a numbered site for notification and park usage data. Maximum stay is ten consecutive nights. Open through summer and late fall until snow. Vault toilets available. Camp host on-site Thursday-Saturday 11:30am-8:00pm through Labor Day (509-442-4125). Visitor center Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm (509-447-6703).
