Camp Queen Elizabeth

YMCA Camp Queen Elizabeth (CQE) is located on the rocky shores of Beausoleil Island in Georgian Bay Islands National Park, Ontario. The camp has been operating since 1953 and welcomes youth aged 6-16 during summer sessions. Campers stay in rustic wooden cabins with single-bunk beds, shelving, electricity, and sheltered porches. The site is perched on the Canadian Shield surrounded by windswept pines on the north side of the island, providing access to waterfront areas and the rest of the island for activities including archery, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, hiking, fishing, and swimming. Meals are provided. The camp is approximately four hours from London, Ontario and two hours from Toronto.
