Forty Beautiful Acres of RV Sites and Primitive Camping Additional Info: Camp Itasca is a 40-acre family-friendly campground located at the north entrance of Itasca State Park near Shevlin, Minnesota. The facility offers full hookups with 30/50 Amp service, sites with water and electric, electric-only hookups with 20/30 Amp service, and primitive sites. Amenities include a bathhouse with toilets and showers, dump station, and pull-through sites accommodating rigs up to 60 feet. Nearby activities include biking and walking trails to Itasca State Park, canoe access to the Mississippi River, and fishing on area lakes.
