Camp Du Nord is a family destination located deep in Minnesota's north woods on the edge of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. Situated on Burntside Lake, the camp offers a pristine wilderness setting with miles of hiking and skiing trails, as well as family and group programming throughout the year. Lodging ranges from tent sites to cabins with full kitchens and bathrooms. The camp is divided into three villages with 31 unique cabins (including full-facility and rustic), five platform cabins, two platform tents, three auto tent sites, and three lakeside rustic tent sites. Canoes, kayaks, rowboats, and paddleboards are available June through September at no additional charge. Winter activities include cross-country skiing and snowshoeing rentals. Cabin reservations include one visit to du Nord's traditional Finnish sauna. Open year-round. YMCA membership not required. Meals not included in rates. No pets allowed. Wi-Fi available in shared community buildings.
