Camp Cove Group Campsite

About this site

This Group Site has a large open area that is able to accommodate at least 10 large trailers. Use the small foot bridge to cross over the creek and among the trees, you will find several level spots suitable for tents. The site has a large communal fire ring as well as a couple of picnic tables. 1 outhouse. MAXIMUM 50 people permitted on this group site at any given time. This includes overnight campers as well as day visitors. Our campgrounds are considered to be Dry Camping, and have very limited amenities. All of our campgrounds have outhouses. Not Available – electricity/power, sewer/sani-dump, potable water or water taps of any kind. You must bring your own water. Garbage disposal is not available, please pack out your garbage. The Camp Cove Group Site is only accessible if you have a group reservation. To access this campground, you will need to travel along a gravel/dirt Forest Service logging road that may be rough and have potholes. Please drive carefully. 4 Wheel drive is not required but is recommended especially if you are towing a trailer. Additional Info: Located right at the waters edge of Harrison Lake, in a medium sized cove, surrounded by a beautiful beach, which makes it perfect for swimming and enjoying Harrison Lake. This site is located on the West Side of Harrison Lake, approximately 7.9 km up Sts’ailes Forest Service Road.
