Camp Cooper is a 240-acre rustic camping property owned by the BSA Cascade Pacific Council, located in Oregon's Coastal Mountain Range northwest of Willamina. It features old-growth timber preserve with nature trail and waterfall, surrounded by ecologically diverse forests at 1,900 ft elevation. Additional Info: Campsites are free to CPC Scout Units who have met their Camp4All goal; otherwise most campsites are $45/night. Check-in required with Campmaster or Ranger. Absolutely no pets allowed.
