Calvert Cliffs Youth Group Camping

Calvert Cliffs Youth Group Camping is a restricted-access youth group camping area within Calvert Cliffs State Park along Maryland's Chesapeake Bay coast. The campground features five primitive sites designed exclusively for registered youth groups, including scout troops, schools, and youth clubs. Each site is equipped with a fire ring and a 12-foot picnic table. Amenities include pit toilets, drinking water, and a private beach. The campground is situated within the park's 1,460-acre protected landscape, which includes 13 miles of hiking trails, tidal and freshwater marshlands, and access to the famous Calvert Cliffs. Reservations are required and must be made by registered youth group pass holders through the Maryland Park Service at 1-888-432-2267 or parkreservations.maryland.gov. The campground operates April through October.
