Cain Hollow is a campground loop within Allegany State Park, located in western New York in Cattaraugus County, just north of Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania. It offers campsites with shared water spigots around the loops for filling tanks. Reservations are required through ReserveAmerica, with check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. Permits are non-transferable to the primary occupant.
