Bybee Creek
About this site
Bybee Creek is a designated backcountry campsite in Crater Lake National Park, accessible via the Pacific Crest Trail. It is one of five designated sites in the area, including Dutton Creek, Grouse Hill, Lightning Springs, and Red Cone Springs. Backcountry camping requires a permit and must be at least 1 mile from any park road and 100 feet from trails or water. Additional Info: Water may be available at Bybee Creek. The site is reserved for backpackers; nearby Bybee Camp is for stock users only. Popular for PCT hikers en route to/from Mazama Village.
