Primitive backpacking campsite in Lake Kissimmee State Park on Buster Island, accessible via 6.9-mile loop hiking trail. Features two picnic tables and several fire rings. No water available; backpackers must carry in drinking water and pack out trash. Reservations required in advance; notify ranger at front gate. Leashed pets not permitted overnight. Open 8 AM to sunset. Additional Info: Surrounded by Lake Kissimmee, Lake Rosalie, and Tiger Lake. Trail traverses wet prairies, pine flatwoods, oak hammocks, and scrub.
