BUCK MOUNTAIN CAMPGROUND (Campground) Additional Info: Located in a remote pine forest near mountain slopes in Boise National Forest, situated in a meadow near scenic Johnson Creek. The campground has 4 sites with cleared camping pads for tents or campers, a modern outhouse with solar lighting, and fire pits. Self-contained RVs or campers are welcome with no hookups. Pets allowed. Popular destination for hikers, bikers, and equestrians. Wildlife in the area includes deer, elk, bear, moose, and bald eagles.
