Brownes Bridge Fishing Access Site is a primitive 10.41-acre fishing access site on the Big Hole River, 6 miles south of Melrose on the Frontage Road. It offers primitive campsites, gravel boat ramp, and toilet facilities. Camping, fishing, and boating are permitted year-round with a 7-day stay limit. Additional Info: Open January 1 to December 31. Elevation 5,063 ft. ADA accessibility and easy access available. Historic bridge interpretation on-site.
