A.T. BROWN FORK GAP SHELTER (Camping Area) Additional Info: Brown Fork Gap Shelter is a three-sided lean-to shelter on the Appalachian Trail in Nantahala National Forest with capacity for 6 people. It is maintained by the Smoky Mountain Hiking Club on USFS land. A moldering crib privy is located at the site.
