Briar Mountain Campsite #20 is one of 23 designated primitive campsites in Michaux State Forest, accessible by vehicle. Open year-round for reservations except during winter (third Sunday after Thanksgiving through April 1) when only four parking lot sites remain open; all others close. Limited to seven consecutive nights with a 48-hour gap before returning. Additional Info: - Primitive site with no water, showers, electric, or sewer hookups - Toilets available - Fires allowed - Pets allowed - Reservations required via Pennsylvania State Parks and Forests Reservations website
