Box Canyon Horse Camp is a primitive campground developed to provide access for equestrians to both wilderness and undeveloped roadless areas west of the Cascade crest. Groves of conifers and scattered meadows make an appealing setting for both hikers and packsaddle enthusiasts. Additional Info: - Fire rings, corrals, ample parking, tables - Watering for animals only, NO drinking water - NO garbage service. Please pack it in, pack it out! - Vault toilets - Maximum trailer length 30 feet - Dogs must be on leash - Open year-round, access dependent on FSR 19 conditions (not maintained for snow/ice)
