ATTENTION: Trail network is open, although some trails remain closed for post-fire danger tree assessments and falling. Please obey all posted closures and signage, and visit Trail Forks for more information: https://www.trailforks.com/region/boer-mountain-and-kager-lake/ A large recreation area with a sizeable mtn bike network, as managed by Ride Burns, a 14 unit vehicle accessible campground, and 3 km trail around the lake with three walk-in campsites and a dock.
