Additional Info: Blue Creek 2 is a backpacking campsite located approximately 1/4 mile down the Blue Creek Trail from its junction with the Laguna Meadow Trail. Total distance from Chisos Basin Trailhead is 4 miles via Laguna Meadow Trail. The site is tiny, private, offers room for 1 tent and 4 people, surrounded by trees with good shade and views of ridges and Blue Creek Canyon. No water sources nearby; carry at least 1 gallon per person per day. Maximum 4 people, 1 tent. Hammocks prohibited. No wood or ground fires. Use bear box.
