Blackwell Flats Campground has seven sites and is located on the west side of the Kootenai River approximately 3.5 miles downstream from Libby Dam. All sites are gravel with some sites pull-through. Each site features a metal fire ring, picnic table, and garbage can. There is a primitive boat launch with parking and vault restrooms onsite. No drinking water or hookups available. Only a couple of sites can accommodate large RVs.
