Blacks Camp is a family-friendly fishing campground located in Cross, South Carolina, just off the Diversion Canal connecting Santee Cooper's upper and lower lakes. The campground features 65 sites, all with full hookups including water, electricity, and sewer. Amenities include a restaurant and lodge on-site, boat ramp, fish cleaning station, camp store with fishing supplies, pull-through sites, and easy access to Lake Moultrie for fishing and boating. The location provides convenient access to excellent freshwater fishing opportunities in the Santee Cooper Lakes system.
