About this site
Backcountry campsite cluster on the north shore of Big Salmon Lake in Frontenac Provincial Park. Rocky shoreline with deep water. Accessible by canoe (approximately 0.5 hours from Big Salmon Lake launch with no portages) or by hiking (approximately 2.5 hours from Park Office or 1 hour from Big Salmon parking lot). Small electric motors are allowed on Big Salmon Lake. Fishing for Lake Trout and Bass available in season.
