Big Pines
About this site
Big Pines is the largest BLM recreation site in the Yakima River Canyon, located along the Yakima River in central Washington. The site features 42 campsites with picnic tables and fire rings, vault toilets, and a non-motorized river put-in/takeout site. Campsites include standard sites, group sites, and walk-in only sites. The northern edge is adjacent to undeveloped hiking trails managed by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. No hookups or potable water are provided. Overnight reservations are accepted through Recreation.gov at $15 per night. The site is open year-round.
