About this site
Big Cottonwood Campground is located on the East Fork of the Jarbidge River about half a mile north of Murphy Hot Springs in Idaho, managed by the BLM Jarbidge Field Office. The area features rugged terrain with scattered vegetation and experiences temperature ranges from 30°F in winter to 85°F in summer. Two-wheel drive vehicles are sufficient to reach the campground. Nearby attractions include the Jarbidge Wilderness, offering hiking opportunities, and scenic views of the Snake River Canyon.
