Big Burnt Island is the largest state-owned camping island in the Narrows on Lake George, part of Glen Island Campground with 26 campsites. It offers boat-accessible sites including large flat areas with cooking stoves, shared docks, and scenic east-facing private wooded spots. Additional Info: Accessible by boat only. Located 7 miles north of Long Island Group and 7 miles south of Narrow Island Group.
