Big Bear Camp is a family-operated campground on the shores of 22-mile long Horwood Lake in the Boreal Forest, minutes off Highway 101 southwest of Timmins, Ontario. It offers RV/trailer lots with hydro and water hookups, pump-out services, shower house, beach, boat launch, and on-site propane. Primarily serves anglers targeting walleye, northern pike, yellow perch, and whitefish. Also offers cabins and hunting for black bear and moose. Additional Info: Rates: $65 per lot per day. Additional people $10 each per day. Extra vehicles $5 per day. Daily parking $5 per day. Closed November to beginning of May.
